Tenant Fees
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means we can only charge tenants (or anyone acting on their behalf) permitted payments: holding deposits, tenancy deposits, agreed variations, early termination costs where applicable, utilities and council tax where required, late rent interest, and reasonable replacement costs for lost keys.
