I understand that false, misleading, or withheld information may result in my removal from the approved contractor list and termination of any working relationship with Argyle Property Associates LTD.

I also consent to Argyle Property Associates LTD collecting and processing my personal data, business information, and uploaded documents for the purpose of assessing and managing my status as an approved contractor.

My information will be stored securely, used only for legitimate business purposes, and retained in line with UK data protection law and the agency’s Privacy Notice found at https://argyleproperty.co.uk/privacy-policy.

I understand and agree that all invoices submitted for works instructed through Argyle Property Associates Ltd will be subject to a 10% administration fee, which will be deducted from the total invoiced amount.

I agree to address all invoices to the relevant Landlord, c/o Argyle Property Associates Ltd, 178a High Road, Beeston, NG9 5BB, and to submit invoices by email to contractors@argyleproperty.co.uk

I accept that failure to follow this invoicing process may delay payment.
